Birla Open Minds International School, firmly reiterates and restores what Tagore called the hallmark of childhood- ‘joy of learning’ and the ‘creative spirit. BOMIS believes in the uniqueness of each child thereby fostering holistic development through integrated learning opportunities with curated curriculum. Our philosophy is based on the constructive approach where the learners are actively involved in their learning in a self-governing environment. Learning experiences are interactive, student-centred and progress from known to unknown, concrete to abstract and local to global.
The faculty is aware of each student’s emotional, social, psychological, and physical development as well as their cognitive growth. They provide a motivational wireframe for each learning opportunity.

Mission

Birla Open Minds International School aims at holistic development of children by providing a firm academic foundation through a selection of Indian or International board, an opportunity to learn beyond the academic rigour using state of the art facilities at our innovation centres, all of which is powered and supported by the hard-working R&D team of Birla Edutech Limited. We aim at providing quality education in a positive and supportive environment. The school achieves this goal by creating and implementing a world class curriculum that ensures that children are healthy, safe, disciplined, engaged, supported, challenged and prepared for the rigors of the current century.

Mr. Sunil Kumar : Chairman

Mr. Sunil Kumar, is a reputed erudite, with a rich experience of over 40 years, in the field of education and hospitality. He has vast exposure in the construction business too. He is an eminent social worker, who has taken up several causes for the upliftment and the growth of the society.

Mr. Ajay Kumar : Director

Coming from a family of educationalists, Mr. Ajay Kumar is an Engineering graduate, and has a PG degree in Management from a reputed institute. He has a vast industrial exposure at a reputed MNC. He is running an institute that impart degrees in Engineering, B.Sc(Agriculture), B.Sc(PCM), BBA, B.Com(CFA) and B.Ed. The college also offers diploma courses in engineering. Soon a pharmacy wing shall be added. Many awards and recognition has been conferred on the institute and to Mr. Ajay Kumar, in person. The college has been awarded for academic excellence and Mr. Kumar has been felicitated as “Uttarakhand Ratna”, by the current chief minister, Uttarakhand.

Ms. Navita Sinha : Director

Ms. Navita Sinha has worked in diverse fields in the past, but found her true calling in education. She has been involved in day to day activities of a reputed school and college, and has successfully implemented new concepts and ideas in concurrence to her futuristic vision.
